EU procurement tenders, filtered to what you actually bid on.
In your inbox every Monday.
Pick up to 3 CPV keywords or codes and up to 5 target countries. We match them against TED — the EU's official public-procurement notice database — every week and email you the notices that fit. No portal to check, no manual CPV search, no missed deadlines because nobody had time to look.
How it works
You submit your filters.
Up to 3 CPV keywords or codes, up to 5 target countries, and your email. Under two minutes.
We confirm, then activate.
We check your filters map cleanly to TED's CPV coding before turning on billing — free-text keywords don't always match a single CPV code, and if yours needs adjusting we email you first rather than charging for a filter set that won't return results. Once confirmed: the same TED-matching pipeline that runs our live Apify Store actor pulls and filters new notices every week; a human spot-checks each digest before it sends, especially while this weekly-email format is new.
You receive it, every Monday.
Your first digest the Monday after your filters are confirmed and your first payment clears, then a new digest every Monday morning after that, for as long as the subscription stays active.
What's included, what isn't
Fixed scope means no surprises during delivery — this is the whole offer, published upfront.
Included
- One filter set per subscription: up to 3 CPV keywords or codes, and up to 5 target countries
- A weekly email digest, sent every Monday morning, listing tenders published against your filters in the previous week
- Each listing includes: tender title, contracting authority, country, CPV code, publication date, submission deadline, estimated value where TED publishes one, and a direct link to the full official TED notice
- Notices sourced directly from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the EU's official procurement notice database — the same source feeding our live Apify Store actor
- Up to 25 matching tenders per digest, ranked by publication date; if more than 25 match in a week, the digest sends the most recent 25 and states how many additional matches exist
- An honest "no matches this week" email on weeks TED published nothing against your filters — we don't pad the digest to look busier than it is
- Month-to-month billing — no long-term contract, cancel anytime by email before your next renewal
Not included
- Real-time or daily alerts — refresh cadence is weekly (every Monday), not live
- More than 3 CPV filters or 5 target countries on one subscription (a second filter set is a second subscription; contact us for a custom multi-filter quote)
- Full translation of non-English notices — the digest shows each notice's title and metadata as published on TED (which may be in the notice's original EU language) plus a link to the full official notice; we don't translate full notice text
- Bid writing, proposal drafting, tender-response consulting, or submission handling — this is discovery and alerting, not procurement advisory
- A guaranteed number of matching tenders per week — matches depend entirely on what contracting authorities publish; we can't manufacture demand that doesn't exist

Before you order
Who actually matches my filters to tenders — is this AI?
Yes, and we say so plainly: the digest runs on the same automated TED-matching pipeline that already powers our live Apify Store actor (tender.intelligence/eu-tenders-ted) — it fetches new TED notices and filters them against your CPV/country criteria. A human spot-checks every digest before it sends, which matters especially now, while this weekly-email delivery format is newly launching. No fabricated team, no invented analyst reviewing your notices by hand.
What's the difference between this and running the Apify actor myself?
The Apify actor is the same underlying data engine, available to run yourself on Apify Console — you control the schedule, the query, and the output format, and it fits into your own systems. EU Tender Alerts is the hands-off version: we run the matching for you and email the result every Monday, no scraping setup or Apify account required. See the technical-buyer callout above.
What if TED publishes nothing that matches my filters some week?
You get an honest "no matches this week" email instead of a padded digest. Tender volume depends entirely on what contracting authorities publish — we can't manufacture matches, and we won't fake them.
Can I change my CPV keywords or target countries after subscribing?
Yes — email us your updated filters (still within the up-to-3-CPV / up-to-5-country limit) and we'll apply them starting with your next Monday digest.
What CPV codes and countries do you support?
Any CPV code or plain-language keyword we can map to one, and any of the EU/EEA countries whose notices TED indexes. If your keyword doesn't map cleanly to a CPV code, we tell you before you're charged (see "How it works," step 2) rather than sending you an empty digest.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. This is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Email us before your next billing date and you won't be charged again; you keep every digest already delivered.
Can I get a refund?
Because your first digest is personalized to your filters and delivery begins as soon as they're confirmed and paid for, the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right doesn't apply to that first month once delivery has started at your explicit request — full wording is in our Terms. Later months bill only for digests already delivered; cancel before your next renewal and you won't be charged again.
