What's the difference between the Sprint and the €249 Rescue Audit?
The Audit tells you what's broken and gives you a fix plan to apply yourself (or via your AI tool). The Sprint runs the same diagnosis, then implements up to 3 priority fixes for you and hands back a working app. If you're not sure which you need, start with the Audit — it's cheaper, and you can order the Sprint afterward.
Do you need write access to my repo?
Yes — unlike the Audit, this is implementation work, so we need write access (a branch/PR workflow) or a way to push changes to your live app. Access is scoped to exactly what the 3 fixes require; we don't ask for more.
How do you choose which 3 defects to fix?
We run the same audit process as the Rescue Audit, prioritize by severity and impact, and confirm the top 3 with you before implementation starts.
What happens if there's more than 3 things wrong?
We fix the 3 highest-priority defects within €990. Anything beyond that is listed in your report as an appendix, with the option to scope a follow-up Sprint.
What does the 7-day warranty actually cover?
If one of the same 3 defects we fixed resurfaces within 7 days of delivery, we re-fix it at no extra charge. It doesn't cover new bugs, defects outside the original 3, or issues introduced by changes you make to the code after delivery.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is personalized implementation work that starts once you grant access and pay, the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right doesn't apply once work has begun at your explicit request — full wording is in our Terms. If the delivered app doesn't match this published scope, contact us and we'll make it right within the 7-day warranty.
