Who actually builds and refreshes the pipeline?
Our AI-powered pipeline handles extraction and refresh; a human validates the schema and spot-checks a sample of rows for accuracy on every single cycle, not just the first. Same disclosure as every Frontier Labs service.
What's the difference between this and the €99 Custom Dataset?
The Dataset service is a one-time snapshot. The Data Pipeline is the same source engineering, scaled up (5 sources / 25,000 rows) and kept current every month, with a change-log so you always know what moved.
What if a source changes its page structure or breaks?
Keeping the pipeline working through source changes is exactly what the monthly fee covers. If a source becomes permanently unavailable or falls outside our source-eligibility rules, we'll tell you and adjust scope rather than silently dropping data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. This is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Email us before your next billing date and you won't be charged again; you keep every dataset already delivered.
Is my data delivered live, or as files?
Files (CSV + JSON) delivered each cycle, to your inbox by default. Want it POSTed to a webhook or API endpoint instead? Tell us in the order form and we'll confirm feasibility before setup.
What happens to the schema if a source removes a field?
We keep the schema stable wherever possible (null/empty values rather than dropped columns) and note any structural change plainly in that cycle's change-log.
Can I get a refund?
The €1,450 setup fee covers source-engineering work that begins as soon as you submit sources and pay — the same EU 14-day withdrawal logic as our other services applies: once work has begun at your explicit request, the withdrawal right no longer applies to that fee. The €390 monthly fee is billed only for refreshes already delivered; cancel before your next renewal and you won't be charged again. Full wording is in our Terms.
